4. Work 5 days a week ( 09:00 - 18:00 )

คุณสมบัติ

1. Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes for Web, Mobile applications, and APIs, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

2. Experience in black box, gray box, white box and negative testing

3. Experience in developing and implementing QA strategies and test plans for complex projects.

4. Experience in leading and participating in test reviews and retrospectives.

5. Experience in leading the creation of clear, concise, and comprehensive TCMs, test cases, and test assertions, including automation frameworks.

6. Experience in managing test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr)

7. Expert-level testing and troubleshooting experience, with a focus on root cause analysis and process improvement.

8. Extensive knowledge of banking products, the Banking Industry, and Commercial Banking Platforms, including regulatory compliance requirements.

9. Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).

10. Mentoring and guiding junior QA engineers on best practices and testing techniques.

11. Proven ability to effectively work and communicate with local and remote teams, including stakeholders at all levels.

12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate critical defects.
